This specialty coffee blend come from the farms, La Joyeria, Colombia, and Samba Reserve, in Carmo de Minas, Brazil. La Joyeria is a Colombia, varietal, washed processed. Samba Reserve is a Yellow Catuai varietal, natural processed. Roasted in Singapore.

Tasting Notes

white - full-bodied, with creamy milk chocolate sweetness and vanilla cream, with notes of pecan on the finish.

black - rich and full-bodied, with deep 75% dark chocolate and a touch of dried apricot, followed by red apple and toasted pecan on the finish.

How fresh is my Coffee

We roast our coffee from Monday to Thursday. All coffee that is shipped out is roasted between 1 to 14 days from the roast date.

It is recommended that all coffee be rested for at least 14 days after roasting before brewing. This is because coffee requires degassing after roasting, and carbon dioxide can hinder the extraction process and result in an unpleasant cup.
