To process returns and refunds, please make sure to retain the original packaging and all the contents in the box.
Roasted Coffee
Hey there! We want to let you know that we do not accept returns for roasted coffee due to food hygiene reasons.
Equipment and Other Merchandise
Safety is our top priority, so once the item has been received, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
Manufacturing Defects
If you run into any equipment or other merchandise with manufacturing defects, please reach out to us at ecom@hgcrs.com we will do our best to assist you.
Wrong Product/ Order Not Received
We're sorry if you have received the wrong product or have not received your order. Please don't hesitate to contact us at ecom@hgcrs.com with your order number and contact details. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Making Changes To Your Order
If your item has not yet been mailed out or coffee not ground, we will be happy to help you make changes to your order. Just reach out to us at ecom@hgcrs.com.
Ground Coffee Grind Size Issue
We know that the grind size of coffee can vary depending on the model of the grinder and the roast profile of the coffee. Unfortunately, we are not able to process a refund for ground coffee if the grind size is too fine. However, getting a grinder for future or adjusting the amount of coffee used may help overcome the grind size problem.
