For roasted coffee:
Due to food hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns.
For equipment and other merchandise (Covid-19):
Due to Covid-19, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been received, as your safety is our top priority.
However, for equipment and other merchandise with manufacturing defects, please reach out us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
I received the wrong product / did not receive my order, what should I do?

Can I make changes to my order?
