Is the coffee ground? Can you grind the beans for me?
Our coffee is not ground by default to ensure its freshness. However, we can grind them for you upon request. Please let us know what coffee equipment you plan to use, so we can grind the coffee to a suitable size according to your preferred brewing method.
How fresh is my coffee?
We roast our coffee from Monday to Thursday. All coffee that is shipped out is roasted between 1 to 14 days from the roast date.
It is recommended that all coffee be rested for at least 14 days after roasting before brewing. This is because coffee requires degassing after roasting, and carbon dioxide can hinder the extraction process and result in an unpleasant cup.
I just purchased equipment and coffee, when will I receive it?

Can I request a specific delivery date for local shipping?
Unfortunately, our local courier does not provide such extensive service. However, you can opt for same-day delivery, which costs $22. If you're interested, please reach out to ecom@hgcrs.com.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping and partner with DHL and Shippit for our international shipping.
Can I do self-pickup?
Yes, self-pickup is available during our opening hours, from 9am to 5pm on weekdays only.
Please come after you've received the confirmation that your parcel is ready for pickup.
