The beauty of the subscription is the ability to customise your delivery schedule, so you’ll never be stuck waiting for your next coffee fix, and also the chance to enjoy different coffee from our carefully curated selection – you might find your new favourite coffee!
How are the coffees selected?
Our coffees are carefully curated, test-roasted, and thoroughly checked out by our awesome roastery crew. Our dedicated co-founder Homing leads the charge, making sure we've got a lineup that's both comforting and top-notch. We're all about giving you that great coffee experience without any fuss - just pure, easy enjoyment in every cup.
How often can I get my coffee?
Prepaid subscribers will receive coffee monthly. Our prepaid subscription is available in 3-months, 6-months.
When will my coffee be delivered?
Your coffee will be delivered monthly within three working days of your subscription date. Please note: Our couriers don't deliver on public holidays and weekends. We'll ensure your coffee arrives promptly on the next available business day.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or skip specific deliveries by logging into your account on our webstore.
Can I get my coffee beans ground?
Unfortunately, as everyone uses different brewing equipment and the grind size required would be different, our subscription coffees will be sent out as whole beans.
Do I have to rest my coffee?
Our coffee is freshly roasted, and we would recommend that your coffee be rested for 14 days before consumption.
Do you do overseas shipping?
Yes, we do. The delivery cost varies depending on the destination city, and the delivery time depends on your chosen courier option.
