Delivery duration
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-2 working days using a local courier like Teleport. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.

Courier working days
Our working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and our local courier does not operate over the weekends.

Free Delivery
Good news! Orders that are SGD 42.0 and above are entitled to free shipping.

Tracking your order
For local orders, once your order has been sent out, you will receive a tracking link. You may track your shipment here.

Same-day delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date with the local courier. However, if you require a specific delivery date, we can arrange for same-day delivery for an additional cost of $22 per delivery (not inclusive of Tuas, Sentosa and Pulau Ubin area). Public holiday
Please note that delivery dates may be longer if a public holiday falls on a Monday or Friday. If you need your items urgently, you may visit our store here.

Self pick-up
We offer self pick-up at our store, simply place an order online and show your order no. upon collection at our store.

Delivery duration
Yay, we're so excited to send your order!

We'll dispatch it within 1-3 working days. The transit times differ depending on the country, but don't worry - it usually takes only 1 to 4 working days in Southeast Asia and 4 to 12 working days for the rest of the world.

Custom Tax and clearance

You'll be responsible for your own custom tax, brokerage, and clearance. But hey, we're happy to help you with any additional documents to clear the goods. However, if you require documents like a Certificate of Origin (CO) and Phytosanitary Certificate (PC), there will be additional charges, as we will need to send samples for testing in order to obtain the certificate. Please also note that every single coffee origin will require an individual certificate. To find out more, just shoot us an email at ecom@hgcrs.com with your order number.

Since custom policies vary from country to country, please contact your respective customs if you have more questions. They'll know best!

Unfortunately, customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates that are beyond our control. But don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
