October 2024 Coffee Experience: El Burro Estate, Gesha, Panama
El Burro Estate from the Lamastus family is no stranger to many coffee enthusiasts. They’ve been producing exceptional coffees since 1918, now in their fourth generation.
The family owns three different farms, with this farm, cultivating equal parts of Gesha and Catuai varieties. We’ll be featuring their Anaerobic Slow Dry Gesha, which boasts a jammy texture and grape-like character.
Our team has crafted three different drink variations, with course 1 and 3 paired with
a petit four.
