February / March 2025 Coffee Experience: Finca Soledad, Typica Mejorado, Ecuador
In search of peace and quiet, coffee producer Pepe discovered Finca Soledad in Ecuador’s Intag Valley. He nurtures just three varietals—Sidra, Gesha, and Typica Mejorado—focusing on precision and maximizing their potential through careful processing methods.
This February and March, we’re featuring Typica Mejorado, a varietal that shows remarkable potential and what we believe could become the next star of specialty coffee competitions.
Drawing inspiration from Pepe’s philosophy, we present three distinct beverages and one dessert course, each telling its own story. At their heart: precision, growth, and quality.
Sessions run on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 11:30, limited to 8 guests per session. This coffee experience is available by reservation only.

We're featuring Finca Soledad, a renowned farm in Imbabura, Ecuador. We will be serving the "Typica Mejorado" varietal, which we believe could become the next star of specialty coffee competitions.
