Roasted For Espresso
We roast our coffee from Monday to Thursday. All coffee that is shipped out is roasted between 1 to 14 days from the roast date.
It is recommended that all coffee be rested for at least 14 days after roasting before brewing. This is because coffee requires degassing after roasting, and carbon dioxide can hinder the extraction process and result in an unpleasant cup.
For local (Singapore) orders, we aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-2 working days using a local courier like Teleport. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
