Is the coffee ground? Can you grind the beans for me?
Our coffee is not ground by default as to ensure the freshness of the coffee.
We can grind them for you upon request. Do let us know what coffee equipment you plan to use, so we can grind the coffee to a suitable grind size according to your preferred brewing method.
How fresh is my coffee?
We roast our coffee between Monday to Thursday. All the coffee shipped out are roasted between 1 to 14 days from the roast date.
All coffee shipped out should be rested for at least 14 days from the roast date before brewing. Coffee requires degassing after roasting, as the carbon dioxide will hinder your extraction process and result in an unpleasant cup.
I just purchased coffee equipment, when will I get it?
We will ship out all orders within two working days.
What is your return policy?
For roasted coffee:
Due to food hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns.
For equipment and other merchandise (Covid-19):
Due to Covid-19, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been received, as your safety is our top priority.
However, for equipment and other merchandise with manufacturing defects, please reach out us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.
I received the wrong product / did not receive my order, what should I do?
