Are the coffee grounded? Can you grind them for me? 

Our coffee are not grounded by default, this is to ensure the freshness of the coffee.
However, upon request, we can grind them for you. Please let us know what coffee equipment you plan to use, we can grind the coffee to a suitable/advisable grind size. 

How fresh are my coffee?

We roast our coffee every Monday - Wednesday. For all online orders, we will ship them out on Thursday. Depending on your destination, it might vary from 3 working days to 16 working days. 

I just purchased coffee equipment, when will I get it? 

We will ship out all order within 2 working days. If your order includes coffee, we will ship it out on the following Thursday. 

What is your return policy? 
For roasted coffee:
For roasted coffee, we do not accept any returns due to food hygiene reasons.

For equipments and other merchandise (Covid-19):
For equipments and other merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been received, due to hygiene reasons especially with the Covid-19 situation happening worldwide. Your safety is our top priority.
However, for equipments and other merchandise with manufacturing defects, please contact us at hello@hgcrs.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

I received the wrong product / did not receive my order, what should I do?

Please reach out to us with your order number together with your contact details via email hello@hgcrs.com. Do fill us in with the details so we can expedite and resolve the matter as soon as possible. 

Can I make changes to my order? 

Please reach out to us through email hello@hgcrs.com and we will assist you with the changes whenever is possible.
