How fresh is my Coffee
We roast our coffee from Monday to Thursday. All coffee that is shipped out is roasted between 1 to 14 days from the roast date.
It is recommended that all coffee be rested for at least 14 days after roasting before brewing. This is because coffee requires degassing after roasting, and carbon dioxide can hinder the extraction process and result in an unpleasant cup.
Shipping & Delivery
For local (Singapore) orders, we aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-2 working days using a local courier like Teleport. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.

Win the hearts of the judges with your coffee! There will be zero calibration between the judges and they will pick whichever cup they like the most. More details will be sent to you once your place is confirmed.

- Home Brewer: Never worked or worked less than 6 months as a barista.
- Coffee Professional: Worked in the food and beverage industry as a barista for more than 6 months.

Do pick the correct position (Home Brewer or Professional) before checking out. In the event a professional is selected for the Home Brewer position, it will be kindly reassigned to an amateur brewer (We appreciate both professional and amateur brewers, let's ensure everyone gets a fair chance!).
