Our first cupping in Q2 will be with Project Origin.

In this cupping, we'll feature 18 different coffees, including:

Panama Iris Estate
Panama Finca Deborah (which includes coffees that placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the World Barista Championship)
Indonesia Excelsa (used by Ryan Wibawa in the World Barista Championship)

Project Origin, led by Sasa Sectic, the 2015 World Barista Champion, was established in 2012. They source from 15 different producing countries, empowering people to make a change in the world we live in.

How fresh is my Coffee

We roast our coffee from Monday to Thursday. All coffee that is shipped out is roasted between 1 to 14 days from the roast date.

It is recommended that all coffee be rested for at least 14 days after roasting before brewing. This is because coffee requires degassing after roasting, and carbon dioxide can hinder the extraction process and result in an unpleasant cup.

Shipping & Delivery

For local (Singapore) orders, we aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-2 working days using a local courier like Teleport. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
