You will be:
- In charge of food preparation
- Cooking, preparing, and assembling elements of dishes
- Managing of kitchen inventory and stock level of ingredients (Including planning, forecasting, and ordering)
- Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Possess good knowledge of ingredients and techniques
- Have a passion for cooking and have high self-expectations and standards
- Have willingness to learn and continuously self improve
- Have good attention to detail and organising skills
- Are able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Your entitlement:
- Salary range $1800-2400
- Annual wage supplement (AWS)
- Performance bonus (if applicable)
- 14 days of leave per year
- 1 birthday leave per year
- Staff meals will be provided
