Explore the origin of coffee varietals with two coffees from the region of Huehuetenago in Guatemala.

Typica and Bourbon are two subspecies of the Coffea arabica which a large portion of coffee varietals today are related to. The Typica variety, characterised by lemon and floral notes, produces a cup with rich and clean acidity, and a sweet aftertaste. Bourbon, on the other hand, is known for its outstanding balance, with a bright and complex acidity, and a distinctive wine-like aftertaste.

Offering different coffees from the same origin, with similar growth conditions and processing methods, allows for a side-by-side comparison of the unique attributes of these two coffee varietals.
