Juan Alejandro was born in Pasto (Narino's Capital) 38 years ago. After visiting his wife's family in Buescaco and delicate his life to coffee. This coffee was pulped and left to ferment under water 34 hours inside ceramic tanks. Afterwards the coffee was gently washed and placed on raised beds for 10 days until the ideal moisture content was achieved.
