Subscription FAQ

Is the subscription available worldwide? 

The coffee subscription is currently available only in Singapore. However, it will be available overseas soon. Stay tuned! 

How does the subscription work? 

We are running on recurring fortnightly or monthly subscriptions. Payment is deducted on the 10th of every month, for a month's worth of coffee. 

We will ship orders out on the 1st and 15th of the month. 

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free. 

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Please log in with your username and password. Click on "manage subscription" under "account details" to:

  • Change your delivery address
  • Skip/pause your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription

What if I do not have an account and I wish to make modifications to my recurring subscription?

If you do not have an account with us, click on the link in the email that was sent to you when you subscribed with us.

If you encounter any problem or are unable to retrieve the email, you may reach out to us at and we will be happy to assist you.

When is the shipment date?

Fortnightly subscribers 
On every 1st and 15th of the month

Monthly subscribers 
On every 15th of the month

If the date falls on a public holiday or weekend, orders will be shipped out on the next working day. 

When is the cut-off date for the subscription?

The cut-off date for subscriptions is on the 10th of every month. Should your order be placed after the 10th, your subscription will begin on the following month.
