May’s Level Up Coffee Week sees a natural processed Sidra from Potosi, Valle de Cauca, Colombia from Cafe Granja La Esperanza served as filter.
Sidra is a hybrid varietal of Red Bourbon and Typica. Created in a Nestlé lab in Ecuador, it inherits its sweetness from red bourbon. Its complex flavours and sweetness are brought out by precise control during fermentation and mechanical drying.
